Refund policy
Draft version 0.2 · 4 November 2026
The report is made by OPTIFLOW LABS LTD, company no. 16896823. Payment is taken by Stripe’s Onelink as merchant of record (shown on your statement as LINK.COM).
Our promise
- Changed your mind? Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Open your report page (the link in your delivery email), choose “Refund in one click” and confirm once. No questions, no form. This is on top of your legal rights.
- We could not deliver? If your report is not ready within 24 hours of payment, we refund you in full automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Wrong birth data? Fix it once, free, within 7 days of purchase, and we recalculate your report.
- Nothing renews. The report is a one-time payment. There is no subscription to cancel.
What happens when you refund
- The full amount you paid, including any tax, goes back to the card or account you paid with.
- Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it. Onelink emails you a refund notice.
- Your report page and calendar file stop working. The refund cannot be undone.
- Refunds are always for the whole amount. We do not offer partial refunds or credit instead of money.
Other cases
- After 14 days the one-click button goes away. If something is wrong with your report, reply to your delivery email and we will look at it.
- If your bank warns of fraud on a payment, we refund it straight away so the card owner is not charged.
- Payment disputes (chargebacks) are handled by Stripe and Onelink. While one is open we cannot refund the same payment, so it is not refunded twice. Onelink support (link.com) can also help with any payment question.
Your legal right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery starts, but only if, at checkout, you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you understand you then lose the right to cancel. We confirm this in your receipt email. Our voluntary 14-day refund promise above applies either way.
The report is for entertainment and reflection. It makes no promises about what will happen in your life.
